We will be looking outside the property industry for new CX insight that brings fresh ideas and cuts across sectors.
Please join us for a Monday Night Series meet at The Royal Windsor Racecourse.
As well as as a great night of racing (and a gin festival!) we will be joined by Raceday Experience Group Member and expert brand strategist, David Fraser, to share his knowledge and insight. Instrumental in forming the Customer Experience strategy across several racecourses, Fraser is perfectly placed to explain how the racing industry is modernising and adapting to a new customer-centric approach.
With lessons to be learnt around industry change and stakeholder engagement, as vital to property as the racecourse, the event promises to share fresh insight from a different perspective.
Guests will also receive a live tour from the Windsor management team and hear about new initiatives taking place to improve racegoers' experience.
