Experience Makers, in collaboration with our Founder Partner Equiem, is hosting an event exploring how technology is changing user experiences across the property industry and beyond. This will be a PropTech event with a twist, as we again look for inspiration across the sector.
This half day event will look at how tech is changing the way we live, shop and work and creating new business models in real estate. We’ll explore how tech is used in neuroscience research to better understand people’s experience of space and hear how this research can inform the development of places, environments and even whole cities. The event will also look at how technology can analyse people’s interactions with space and how this data can be used to inform design of buildings and urban environments and create better user experience.
Taking place at Huckletree Shoreditch on 20 June, speakers include Araceli Camargo (Co-Founder of the Centric Lab), Julie Alexander (Group Director of Technology, Innovation and Sustainability, Places for People), Gabrielle McMillan (CEO of Equiem), Enrico Faccioli (COO, Gyana), Sander Schutte (CEO of Mapiq) and Paul Unger (Editor, PlaceTech), with further leading speakers in the proptech space soon to be announced.

First past the post for Customer Experience at the Royal Windsor Racecourse. Looking outside the property industry for fresh ideas.
We will be looking outside the property industry for new CX insight that brings fresh ideas and cuts across sectors.
Please join us for a Monday Night Series meet at The Royal Windsor Racecourse.
As well as a great night of racing (and a gin festival!), guests will receive a live tour from the Windsor management team and hear about new initiatives taking place to improve racegoers' experience.
We will be joined by Raceday Experience Group Member and expert brand strategist, David Fraser, to share his knowledge and insight. Instrumental in forming the Customer Experience strategy across several racecourses, including Ascot and Newbury, Fraser is perfectly placed to explain not just how Windsor are leading the way in Customer Experience, but how the whole racing industry is modernising and adapting to a new customer-centric approach.

Following on from the BCO commissioned report The Customer Experience Revolution: Closing the Skills Gap, carried out by partners, RealService, we will be holding a working breakfast with members and invited guests to discuss the next steps to put the report in action.

Experience Makers Innovate 2019

Following our successful Experience Makers Innovate Academy in 2018, we will again be working in collaboration with leading academics and practitioners from Central Saint Martins to explore theoretical approaches in experience and place making. Our first event saw 30 leading figures from across the property sector gather for a day of challenging concepts and heated debate with keynote provocateurs from beyond the sector.
A day of interactive and creative workshops in partnership with Revo. This year, Innovate 2019 will kick off with an evening icebreaker followed by a day of stimulating learning and discussion lead by the academics at CSM.

Measuring Social Value
Topic: Panel talk, networking and the opportunity to draw on all we’ve learnt and experienced through out the year. We’ll be discussing the holy grail topic of ROI or ROX, in Experience Making – social, community and financial.
